Launch Spellbound by Nature website

Denise Davies of Eckova.CA has been working with Arts Health Antigonish (AHA!) to design and develop the website for their project Spellbound by Nature. Each of the plants or animals has a “spell” of one or more visuals by local artists, poems and information about the local nature species. It is a fun introduction to nature for all ages with the aim of getting out and seeing what is around us.

Visitors are encouraged to engage with art, photography, poems and stories as they explore the nature around them.

This website will be a great resource for educators and home schoolers. The EcoSystems are outlined to make it easy to identify what you might find on the seaside, wetland, woodland, and field (backyard).

As part of the project a Facebook Page was created to engage with the audience and build awareness. You are invited to LIKE and SHARE the page.

Website Launch – John Graham-Pole, Author

Eckova is pleased to announce the launch of a website and social media for John Graham-Pole, an author and retired children’s cancer specialist.

The website features John’s past books, articles and poems and his activities in Arts and Health. We look forward to the publication of his upcoming book.

Designed the website with photo galleries, blog posts and integration of Facebook social media. Trained the organization administrators to manage the content.

This non-profit volunteer organization represents Acadians who live in, or have links and interest in the Tor Bay region of Guysborough County, Nova Scotia. Its goals are to promote and encourage Acadian culture, genealogy and history research and sharing this information with all who are interested in the Tor Bay Acadian families and communities.
